• Carbon efficiency (the amount of carbon emitted per £m revenue) improved year-on-year, 25% better in 3 years, through supply chain efficiencies, improved vehicle fleet & responsible site operations.
• Recycling rates and diverting waste away from landfill has improved year-on-year over the last 3 years, in FY24 only 4% of waste went to landfill (down from 9% in FY22).
• H&S reporting, engagement and culture has improved with hazards more effectively controlled and an open & transparent reporting culture in place.
• 2 group charities selected for colleagues to support, harnessing the collective power of Wolseley group colleagues.
• Continued focus on training and development, with a sector-leading apprenticeship scheme and over 50,000 hours of training completed by colleagues annually.
• 21m kWh of renewable electricity consumed (representing 98.6% of group usage), with only 1.4% of electricity purchased from nonrenewable sources (recent acquisitions on historical contracts).
