Carriage
Toolout Ltd trading as Jointing Technologies provides a carriage paid service to most mainland UK destinations for all in stock orders over £100.00 nett excluding cut cable orders which require a charge (For clarification: Mainland UK, excludes Northern Ireland, isle of Wight, Isle of Man and any of the UK offshore Islands)
Non-Mainland UK deliveries. Customers must contact 01543 450555 or email [email protected] for a formal quotation.

Any orders below £100.00 will incur a £9.95 delivery charge.

Delivery and Returns
Toolout Ltd trading as Jointing Technologies returns policy has been created to make the process as easy for you as possible. You must contact us and be in receipt of a returns authorisation number (RA) or your invoice number (IN) before sending any item back. Any product without a RA or IN number will not be refunded.
Toolout Ltd trading as Jointing Technologies will accept returned goods that are unused and still in their original packaging. The goods must be returned back within seven (7) working days from date of delivery. A refund will be applied and funds transferred back into your account within 30 day for all online transactions.
All shipping back to Toolout Ltd trading as Jointing Technologies is to be paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund your postal fees.
Toolout Ltd trading as Jointing Technologies strongly recommend that you fully insure the package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. Toolout Ltd trading as Jointing Technologies will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Any credits applicable will not be raised until the goods have been returned to us and inspected. Any errors in supply by Jointing Technologies must be notified to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods. Order Cancellation

A refund will be processed and a credit applied to your account within fourteen (14) working days. Hire Charges
All hire charges will be calculated from delivery date of the goods and will be levied on a weekly or daily basis quoted at the time of order. Such charges will continue to be levied until such time as the customer receives an off hire number from Toolout Ltd trading as Jointing Technologies.
Damaged/Lost Goods
Toolout Ltd trading as Jointing Technologies try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your products ordered you need to contact Toolout trading as Jointing Technologies at the earliest opportunity. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately as this will be given a special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item within three (3) working days.
