Use of the Jointing Tech Ltd. (herein also referred as the ‘Company’) website is conditional upon the following terms and conditions. Unless otherwise specified, your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is indicated by your use of and/or registration on the Company website. These terms and conditions along with the Company’s Terms & Conditions of Sale and the Company’s Privacy Policy form our entire agreement with you and supersede any prior agreement or arrangement with you. The purchase of any goods/services from the Company is subject to our Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. The prices advertised on this site are for orders placed and exclude VAT and delivery charges which may be added at checkout.


The Company will make all reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of description, specifications, and pricing, however there may be occasions where errors arise. In the event of any such errors arising in relation to products purchased by you, you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer.

The Company will supply all materials in good faith and cannot be held accountable for any consequential damages caused by an error or situation beyond our control.

The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.


The Company provides a delivery service to most mainland UK destinations for all in-stock orders. Deliveries, including cut-cable orders, may require a charge and this will be made clear at the point of sale (for clarification: mainland UK excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and any of the UK offshore Islands) Any orders below £100.00 will incur a delivery charge.

For non-Mainland UK deliveries, or for timed delivery, or for any special delivery requirements Customers must contact 01543 450555 or [email protected] for a formal quotation.

The Company is not responsible for consequential damages due to any late deliveries howsoever arising.

Delivery and Returns

The Company returns policy has been created to make the process as easy for you as possible. You must contact us and be in receipt of a returns authorisation number (RA) or your invoice number (IN) before returning any item. Any product without an IN or RA number will not be refunded.

The Company will accept returned goods that are unused and still in their original packaging. The goods must be returned within seven (7) working days from date of delivery. A refund will be applied, and funds transferred back into your account within 30 days of receipt of returned goods (assuming good condition) for all online transactions.

All shipping back to the Company is to be paid for by the customer and the Company is unable to refund your postal fees. The Company strongly recommends that you obtain insurance for the package that you are returning as it remains your property until a refund is made. The Company suggests the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery as the Company will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Any credits applicable will not be raised until the goods have been returned to us and inspected. Any errors in supply by the Company must be notified to the Company within seven (7) days of receipt of goods.

Order Cancellation

Contracts and orders and parts thereof may be cancelled only with the Company’s written acceptance of such cancellation. Where the Company accepts such cancellation, the Company reserves the right to charge the Customer with the amount of any losses and/or expenses directly or indirectly resulting from such cancellation.

For Customer orders where the Company is required to place an order with a manufacturer or supplier for bespoke material requirements, the Company reserves the right levy the customer with all direct, subcontract and indirect costs in full.

Hire Charges

All hire charges will be calculated from delivery date of the goods and will be levied on a weekly or daily basis as quoted at the time of order. Such charges will continue to be levied until such time as the customer contacts the Company and obtains an off-hire number.

Damaged/Lost Goods

The Company will endeavour to ensure that you receive your order in excellent condition. If you do not receive your delivery or have any queries relating to the delivery of your shipment, please contact the Company at the earliest opportunity. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please sign for the delivery as ‘damaged’ on the carrier’s paperwork, and then contact the Company immediately. Damaged deliveries will be given a special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item by return.

Export restrictions

The Company exports to all major countries however you are required to contact the Company direct to place the order rather than transact through the website.
