Stainless Steel Quad Cleat / Strap SQC/ SQS Series
The SQC/ SQS series of cleats and straps support and secure all cables in quadrafoil formation throughout the system during normal operation and during fault conditions that may occur
- Compliant with the requirements of IEC 61914: 2009
- Cleat body and fastenings are manufactured from 316L corrosion resistant non-magnetic stainless steel which makes them suitable for use in harsh and extreme environments including marine and offshore applications
- The main cleat fastening bolt is retained to ease installation
- Cable diameter range 23mm - 70mm
- The cleat liner is manufactured from an LUL approved flame retardant halogen free extruded polymer
- Cleats are supplied with an easy fit spacer plate to assist with range take
- Suitable for use with all standard ladder and tray systems
*LSF Insulation Pad. This fits to the base of the cleat and is recommended to stop any cross-contamination when fixing the stainless steel cleat to dissimilar metals. It should be ordered when ordering cleats and will come fitted for the cleat ordered.
These cleats are manufactured by Jointing Tech and lead times will vary: currently the lead time is 1-2 weeks

- Can also be supplied for single and trefoil format if required
- Cable diameters from 23mm - 70mm
- Suitable for harsh environments

- Operating temperatures -45°C to +120°C
