The training covered a range of accessories and techniques, including:
- Introduction to insulation screen removal tools
- Smoothing the insulation surface where required
- Application of yellow void-filling tape in IXSU-F terminations
- Stress control patching over mechanical connectors in MXSU joints
- Cable oversheath preparation
- nstallation of outer thick-wall sealing sleeves
